We will not accept returns of purchased products except for initial defects. As an exception, we will accept a one-time size exchange for rings purchased on this website if the size does not fit. (This is limited to domestic orders.)
If you would like to exchange the item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, provided that you have only tried it on. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges if any of the following conditions apply.

[How to choose your belt size]
Belts are worn over clothing, so if you choose the same size as the pants you normally wear, the belt will feel small due to the thickness of the clothing.
Also, depending on your waist position and preferred tightness, we recommend the following measurement method.

・Use a tape measure to measure the length of your most commonly worn belt, from approximately 1 cm from the tip of the buckle pin to the belt hole you normally wear. Belts look best when worn with the center hole, so compare the length you measured above with the "center hole" size chart in the product image to determine the size in inches.

The belt is cut to the size you order before shipping. Therefore, if it is too big, we can adjust it for free, but if it is too small, we cannot adjust it and will charge you 9,900 yen. Thank you for your understanding.
