Our standard sizes for almost all rings are odd numbers and sizes up to 23, but even numbers and sizes 24 and above can also be made to order.
(*Please allow approximately one month for production. Additional fees will be charged for sizes 24 and above.)
The sizes listed on the product page are the sizes that can be produced, so please specify the size you want.
Please note that the circumference and diameter are only a guideline, and the wearing comfort will vary depending on the thickness/shape of the ring.

We will not accept returns of purchased products except for initial defects. As an exception, we will accept a one-time size exchange for rings purchased on this website if the size does not fit. (This is limited to domestic orders.)
If you would like to exchange the item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, provided that you have only tried it on. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges if any of the following conditions apply.
・Products that have been used ・Products that have been damaged or scratched by the customer ・Products that have been processed or remodeled by the customer ・Products that have lost the "enclosed items" that were included with the delivery
Pendants, necklaces, chains
The look of pendants changes depending on the length of the chain you use. When layering, you can attach two or more pendants to one chain, or you can enjoy layering by wearing two chains of different lengths.

Bracelets and bangles
There may be slight variations depending on the parts used in the bracelet. We refer to the wrist circumference as the length measured with a tape measure.
Our online store offers the standard S, M, and L sizes, and lists the corresponding wrist measurements, so please choose your size based on your own wrist measurement.
*Measure by wrapping the tape measure around the area where you will wear the bracelet naturally and snugly.
Although some products can be extended or fine-tuned, we may not be able to meet your request depending on the parts used.
